    I'm Lorna Kleidman.    

 I know what it's like to feel frustrated when your body isn't cooperating with your goals. 
 To wonder if you'll ever move the way you used to, the way you want to. 
 To question whether the activities you love might soon become part of your past. 
 ​​​​​​​I've lived those questions myself. 
 I'm an 8-time World Champion athlete in Kettlebell Sport and a trainer with more than 19 years of experience helping active adults build strength, improve mobility, and stay active. 
 I've also undergone two hip replacements due to osteoarthritis. 
 Because of that experience, I understand the physical challenges, emotional ups and downs, and uncertainty that can come with aging, surgery, and recovery. 
 Today, I continue to compete internationally at age 60 while helping others build the strength, endurance, and mobility they need to keep doing the things they love.
