These delicious & healthful snacks are between 100 & 200 calories, enjoy!

– Air-popped popcorn – 6 cups

– Low-fat cottage cheese – ½ cup, with a 1” wedge of cantaloupe

– Smoothie – blend 1/3 cup nonfat yogurt with 2/3 cup of frozen blueberries or 1 cup strawberries and ice.
   Add vanilla whey protein powder as an option

– Hardboiled egg with 3 pretzels rods

– Large cucumber, sliced, with 2 tablespoons chopped red onion. Toss with 2 tablespoons apple-cider vinegar

– Slice ¼ avocado with chopped tomatoes, stuffed into 1/2 mini pita

– KIND nut bar – all flavors are delicious!

– Almonds –  approx. 15

– Peanuts – 1 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

– Clementines – 2 with 1 hard-boiled egg

– Low-sodium turkey slices – 2, with 1 slice cheese and tomato 

– Tuna – 3 ounces packed in water, seasoned with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and one tablspoon light mayo.
   Eat with a cup of lettuce or spinach leaves

– Celery sticks – 4, with 1 tablespoon almond butter.
   Top with a few raisins

– Quinoa – 3 tablespoons with 1 cup fruit and a drizzle of honey

– Hummus – ¼ cup, with 8 baby carrots

– Baked tortilla chips – 10, with ½ cup salsa

– Buffalo mozzarella – ½ cup, with cherry tomatoes

– Unshelled edemame – 1 cup

– Prosciutto – 2 pieces, with  4 dried figs

– Turkey – 2 slices and 2 teaspoons honey.
   Roll in a lettuce leaf

– Frozen Grapes – 1 cup, with string cheese

– Apple with 2 tablespoons peanut butter

– Sugar-free applesauce – 1 cup, with 10 almonds
